KINDERAUGE / CHILD’S EYE
Then I imagined painting three equal-sized surfaces, and one surface was a child’s eye, the second was the burning of an onion and the third was a dripping tap. Their appearance would nevertheless be without difference.

KARTOFFEL / POTATO
Once I made a potato print. For the left half I took a potato from controlled organic cultivation. For the right half I took a potato from conventional cultivation. – the result is that both halves look the same.

FREIFLÄCHE / FREE SPACE
First I put a passport photo on a primed canvas and marked its outline. I outlined a coloured rectangle of the same size in the same way and then moved both to the side. I repeated the same experiment with other photos and other rectangles. As was to be expected, in no case did it result in visible differences in the resulting open spaces.

VIER LACKIERROLLEN / FOUR PAINT ROLLERS
Take four paint rollers and give them the following
titles (suggestions):
1. lolly
2. new apple
3. children screaming in the distance
4. murder weapon
